LIZ JONES: CEO of Fitabolize & USANA Health Science Associate. Liz has Bachelor degrees in Exercise Science and Nutrition from the University of New Mexico. In addition to her degrees Liz is a certified personal trainer though the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a certified group fitness instructor through ACE, a certified spinning instructor and certified Body Pump instructor. Liz has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 6 years where she has worked with individuals wanting weight loss, staying healthy, prenatal exercise, body builders and athletes in addition to coaching gymnastics. In college, Liz competed in track and field. Liz currently specializes in helping clients reach their health and fitness goals by focusing on five components of fitness; aerobic endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. Liz would like to become a registered dietitian after completing her Masters degree in nutrition. SHAYNA DORSEY: FAITH IS KEY! Shayna is a Cosmetologist, Founder of Hair Studio 1594 in Rio Rancho, NM, and USANA Health Science Associate.  She is an inspiration to many.  Former RESET Challenger! Look out for Shayna in the Future as Personal Trainer! (Check back for more with Shayna)
