How it works...
1. 
The  CHALLENGERS will REGISTER with with Personal Trainer at Salsa-Baby every 1. Monday or Friday from 6pm - 8pm 2. Kirtland Base Gym Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm or 3. By Appointment.  Full payment is due at the time of REGISTRATION for 3wk or 6wk challenge.  After registration challengers will set up an appointment on designated days to receive the 1st FITNESS CONSULT and Pick up the 3wk or 6 wk package before the challenge begins.  

2.  Your 3 week $175 registration includes includes your 5-Day RESET Kit, Blender Bottle,  2 Fitness Consults, 10 Zumba Classes with Clarissa or 10 Latin Madness Classes with Evelyn or 10 Salsa Classes with Hortencia, Free Zumba Toning Sticks, 6 Boot Camp Classes (Optional), 3 week meal plan, 3 thirty-minute health & nutrition lunch and learn training sessions (Optional)! - over a $500 value!

Your first 5 days of the CHALLENGE will consist of cleansing, or "RESETTING" the body with the 5 Day RESET. From there, you will continue with the meal plan provided.  You will track your results on the RESET Challenge Tracking sheet provided at the fitness consult and package pick up appointment.

4. 
Clarissa's  Zumba Classes will be on Mondays and Fridays at Salsa-Baby @ 5pm / Tuesdays and Thursdays at Kirtland Base Gym @ 5pm.  Bootcamp Classes will be on Monday and Wednesday at Kirtland Base Gym at 6:30pm.   Saturdays, we will have a 30-60 minute lunch and learn training session  (bring a bar or shake or healthy snack may be provided - time/location TBA schedule will be provided in packet) - education from Trainer/Health Educator Clarissa Pritchett.



5.  Evelyn's Latin Madness Classes will be all at Salsa-Baby on Mondays and Wednsdays @ 6pm, Thursdays @ 5pm and Saturdays at 12 noon! 




6. Hortencia's Salsa Classes will be all at Salsa-Baby every Saturday at 9am!
